Aequitas is the Latin word for fairness: even dealing, held to over time. We are a holding company built so that the people who grow the wine hold real standing in the companies that carry it to market.

Aequitas endorses and governs; the houses face the customer. The parent sets structure, capital, and standards, then stays out of the way.

Quiet governance. Aequitas is not consumer-facing. It exists to give each house discipline, capital, and continuity, and little else.
