This policy describes how Aequitas Wine Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Aequitas," "we," "us"), handles information on the public informational pages at aequitaswineholdings.com.
The public website. These public pages are informational, with no account registration or submission forms. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides website performance measurements. Visiting the site involves requests to that infrastructure. If you email one of the addresses listed on the contact page, we receive what you send and use it to respond and conduct business with you.
Service providers. For these public pages and inquiries, we use Cloudflare (website hosting and performance analytics) and Microsoft (business email). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
What we do not do. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising or any other consideration. We do not run third-party ad networks, cross-site tracking, or data brokering of any kind.
