Privacy Policy

The public website. This site is informational. It has no user accounts, no forms, and no advertising or analytics trackers. We do not collect personal information from visitors here. If you email one of the addresses listed on the contact page, we receive what you send and use it only to respond and conduct business with you.

Internal applications. Subdomains such as admin.aequitaswineholdings.com host private tools used only by authorized company personnel. These tools:

• use a session cookie strictly to keep an authorized user signed in; it is not used for tracking
• display the company's own financial records by connecting, read only, to the company's own accounts with service providers such as Intuit QuickBooks Online and Brex
• do not collect, store, or process personal information about customers, consumers, or website visitors

Financial figures shown in these tools are cached briefly on our hosting infrastructure to reduce load on the connected services, then expire automatically.

Service providers. We rely on a small number of providers to run our infrastructure: Cloudflare (website and application hosting), Intuit (QuickBooks Online accounting), Microsoft (business email), and Brex (business banking). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

What we do not do. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising or any other consideration. We do not run third-party ad networks, cross-site tracking, or data brokering of any kind.

Security. Internal applications sit behind authentication, credentials are stored only in hashed or encrypted form, and connections use HTTPS throughout.
